This notice is provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) to anyone interacting with www.rhengineering.it.

2. Data categories and purposes
| Contact data (form & chatbot) | Name, company, email, phone, request content and technical data you choose to provide (sector, power, timeline). Purpose: respond to requests and provide quotes. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and consent (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.a). |

3. Virtual assistant (chatbot)
The site provides an AI-based assistant. Conversations are processed to qualify the request and, where you provide your contacts, generate a summary sent to our team. Do not enter special category data (e.g. health) or confidential information in the chatbot. Processing is carried out via AI service providers acting as data processors.
4. Retention
Data is kept for the time needed to handle the request and legal obligations, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Recipients
Data may be processed by authorised staff and external providers (hosting, email, AI services) appointed as processors under art. 28 GDPR. It is never disclosed or sold to third parties.
6. Non-EU transfers
The virtual assistant (AI) provider may process data in the United States; the transfer is carried out with adequate safeguards under arts. 44-49 GDPR (EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses). Other providers (hosting, email) operate within the EU.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to info@rhengineering.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
8. Provision of data
Providing the data marked as mandatory is necessary to respond to requests; failure to provide it prevents us from handling them.
